We invite your Girl Scout Troop to bring smiles to brave and courageous hospitalized children fighting life-threatening illnesses. They will decorate whimsical, colorful Happy Hats and write a loving, personalized note to each child to be tucked into their Hats.

Each girl scout is proudly presented with a Happy Hat pin to attach to their sash, vest, or a spot of their choosing. Partnering with Happy Hats for Kids in Hospitals can help you fulfill requirements for the Brownie Badge ‘Give Back. For older troops such as any Junior, this can meet a requirement for ‘Business Owner’ and ‘Journey of Change’ badges.

We have 2 different options for Girl Scout Troops to participate in activities.

For a two (2) hour workshop at our facility, we supply 2 felt Hero Hats per scout, an abundance of embellishments including faux jewels, and  heartwarming notes and instructions. With the hospital's permission, the troop’s unique hats may be personally delivered to the children in their local community by adults 18 years of age or older.

Another option would be having our organization to send the hats to a hospital of your choice within the U.S. There is a nominal tax-deductible contribution for the Happy Hats and supplies, which is greatly appreciated.
