Bar Mitzvah Workshop at Congregation Ner Damit, RPV, CA

This Mitzvah Project touched the hearts and uplifts the spirits of family members knowing that someone cares about their hospitalized child. Our Jewish tradition tells us, one mitzvah engenders another with the goal of tikun olam.

These hands-on projects are truly an empowering experience and make a significant impact in the lives of hospitalized children.

Each participant decorates whimsical Happy Hats and writes a heartwarming message which is tucked into each hat. These hats are given to hospitalized children throughout the United States, Israel and other countries.

Happy Hats for Kids offers two B'nai Mitzvah projects for teenagers which gives them the opportunity to truly do a ‘Mitzvah’ for hospitalized children fighting cancer and other life threatening illnesses.  A donation in honor of the B’nai Mitzvah or synagogue is appreciated to fund this inspiring and heartwarming Mitzvah project. Call (310) 787-0970 today to plan and schedule your Mitzvah Project.
